Since our services involve professional time, documentation and government filing effort, fees paid for work already initiated or completed are generally non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a service before any documentation or filing work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting consultation and processing charges, at RBMK's discretion.
In case a government application is rejected due to reasons outside RBMK's control (e.g., policy changes, client-provided incorrect documents), professional fees already incurred for the work done will not be refunded, though we will assist with re-filing where possible.
